| Michael graduated from
Widener University School of Law in 1995. During his law school
training, Michael worked full-time for 2 years as a law clerk at George,
Korin, Quattrone, Blumberg and Chant, P.C., where he first became
associated with Jay Blumberg. Upon graduation, Michael served as a
Judicial Law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Richmond LeBon in
Burlington County.
In 1996, Michael returned to the law firm of George, Korin, Quattrone, Blumberg
and Chant as an associate handling civil defense litigation.
Then in 1997, Michael joined the local firm of Hoffman, DiMuzio and Hoffman,
P.C. in Woodbury, where he handled primarily the plaintiff side of civil
litigation and medical negligence cases.
In 2000, Michael then established Blumberg and Lindner, LLC with his partner,
Jay J. Blumberg, Esq. and since that time has represented self-insured
businesses, insurance companies and individuals primarily in civil litigation.
During this time period, he tried numerous significant cases and obtained
Certification as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Michael is a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association,
Camden County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Associations, and the
American Trial Lawyers of America |
