Chris is the newest member of the Blumberg & Lindner firm. He attended Rutgers The State University Of New Jersey – Camden College of Arts and Sciences during his undergraduate career where he earned a degree in History while also earning a minor in Political Science. At Rutgers he held the position of student government president for two terms and also enjoyed an internship for Congressman Robert Andrews. Chris graduated from Rutgers The State University of New Jersey – School of Law where he distinguished himself by obtaining honors as a dean's scholar. During his law school career he started gaining experience as a law clerk for the firm of Aronberg & Kouser, PC, where he aided in the representation of plaintiffs pursuing medical malpractice claims, workers compensation claims and other personal injury matters. He also was a member of the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic where he represented clients in all areas of the law including Medicare/Medicaid appeals and landlord/tenant disputes. He also participated in the Rutgers Pro Bono Program aiding local children with the successful application for Federal Social Security Benefits. Chris joined Blumberg & Lindner in 2007. He has quickly gained the respect of his adversaries and colleagues in the medical malpractice community and aids in the defense of many types of medical malpractice claims. Chris also represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, consumer fraud actions and various creditors in large and small collection cases. Chris has particular experience in filing construction liens, collecting on various construction contracts and other small and large collection matters. He also has experience in estate planning and administration. Originally born and raised in Mt. Ephraim, Chris lives in Barnsboro New Jersey with his wife Rosie and two children. He enjoys vacationing at the Jersey Shore, boating, and golfing.
